To get the trophy for the comics to pop...........I assume you've checked all the stats in the chapters menu and made sure all comics are accounted for there? If so, I'd recommend turning off or power-cycling the ps4 for at least five minutes so everything is reset, so to speak, and then replay the last chapter, and pick up the last comic, again.
