Tome I Appeal to heal "Deplete 5 medkits" not possible anymore?

Hey guys,

 

I was a little late to the party and only started in February so I was right on time for Tome 2 but now I try to get everything in Tome 1 too.

 

Problem is the mentioned challenge. I "fully depleted" a medkit and didn't get one count...problem could be, as I see it, that you can't fully deplete an item anymore, since they just go empty and stay if you survive the challenge.

 

Does anybody have the same problem with this challenge or is there anything else I don't see? Ive used a brown medkit with some addons, just healed me (don't think that matters, does it?), it was empty and I escaped the trial.

 

Hope anybody could help me.
