Mr. Bubbles! trophy bugged

I am currently boosting the online trophies of this game with another player.

 

however this trophy doesnt pop for me he got it just fine we tried it multiple times no luck

 

do more people had this? and if not why me? something simulair happened on my ps3 with the last gta heis trophy didnt pop either  altough it should have multiple times already

 

it doesnt help that I cant find shit online about it.

 

but I cant be the only one right?

 

im talking  about the ntsc physicla version of this game

 

edit: I had a simulair issue with Blessing of the Bodhi Tree trophy but at elast there i noticed that for some reason it doesnt heal me like its suposed to do

 

edit 2 in case anyone else ever encounters this I found out that bugg only happens with angelica when i used another charackter I could get the trophy
