Usually a few of these trophies are buggy to some people. The way I went about it was to make a team in the nascar series the main series yes it will cost more for the parts but the trophies will pop all of mine did in that series DONT try and make a team in any other series  because some of the trophies will pop and some won’t. I can clarify that all trophies will pop if you start your own team in the Nascar Monster Energy Cup series (The main series)

I have also problems to get them popped.Hate the conplete series!Everygame is buggy.

Update - Rebooted the game, went into the My Teammates section, upgraded an element from their department, went back to the staff screen, popped

I don’t get the trophy for car collector!Had 6 cars at the truck,nascar and othe nascar series.I didn’t get the trophy!I don’t know what i should do?This game makes me so mad.

For that one what I did was went in truck series bought 5 closed app then the bought the last one sorry just been super busy with other games so if you still don’t have it figured I would at least try and message back
