kmarsu Posted September 4, 2020 Share Posted September 4, 2020 (edited) It's got to be Super Shooting Moves. Tiger shot is a shooting move. Neo Tiger Shot, for example, is a Super Shooting Move. You unlock some of them at the last quarter of New Hero by befriending characters like Tsusaba, Hyuga or Carlos to rank A or S. After unlocking the super shots you got to add them to your character's move list. Then, during a match, press square until the meter fills twice instead of once.
