Doubt with trophy

hi, could someone explain to me how to get the trophy for completing 30 war zones with a challenge rating III or higher?

 

for more missions that I complete in challenge III difficulty, I can't.

Run through a drop zone mission over and over on challenge 3, they're really quick missions.  It'll get boring, but it should work from what others have said.  I've just been running everything I can on challenge 3.  Only came across one mission I had to drop the difficulty on, an Elite Vault, because the AI sucks too bad on it.

You grind out a Drop zone 30 times.. Just did it! I did it with a level 50 character
