Planet Coaster Digital Deluxe Edition add on packs

Maybe someone could let me know. I pre ordered and purchased the Planet Coaster digital deluxe edition. It was released on the 10th. Was meant to include the add on packs-Classic rides and Magnificent rides collection. The PS store now shows both editions of game as being unavailable and the add on packs now have a purchase price. Does anyone know if there is an issue with this ? When I go to the game menu and go into my add ons for this game it shows 3 items but they are greyed out and says pre order over each item and I can’t use the download button. Does anyone know if these will become available perhaps when the PS5 edition is released? I have not had this happen before. Most deluxe edition game pre order add ons are available to me from the beginning.
