I didn't know that ps4 will have version of the game, will the PS4 will get an free upgrade?

I was seeing this guide now & before reading any thing related to the game guide, I was seeing it will have ps4 version that was a surprise for me.

 

So I have 2 questions: (one of them is not in the title)

 

1) will the game have a free upgrade? (even though it was released on the PS5 First)

 

2)will the PS4 Version will have a disc copy?
