Unobtainable Trophies

So this game, to my understanding, is notoriously buggy and have lots of unobtainable trophies. However, I noticed that three of these assumed unobtainable trophies have an earner. The trophies in question:

Have the game been recently patched or is just the player base so low that the trophies have falsely been assumed as unobtainable?

Looking at this thread, the Dry Land level was patched and is now beatable (see the second video) which allows the other 2 to be earned as well.
