“Marked” trophy bugged?!?!

I’ve unlocked every skill, and all the game has to offer, but the trophy did not pop, I am really clueless why, searched the web for hours trying to find a solution, did anybody else had the same problem before?

I really don’t wanna play all this again just because of one trophy, even the game is fun and all.

I know I'm very late to this. Your save files might be buggy. I have platinumed both trophy stacks and did not encounter a single trophy glitch.

 

These are all the skills purchaseable in the game. Make sure you've purchased each one.

Hangman's Hymn - 6
Emperor's Abyss - 6
Twilight Gate - 6
Bat's Prey - 6 
A Brief Shadow - 6
Bloody Whisper - 5
Rising Snake - 3
Slide Kick - 3
Superior Lockpicks - 3
Grim Harbinger - 3
Softened Cloth Tabi - 3
Parachute Cloth - 3
Armored Sleeves - 3
Reinforced Cloth - 3

Distraction Items
Noise Maker upgrade -5
Smoke Bomb upgrade - 3
Destraction Flare - 3, Upgrade - 5
Cardboard Box - 5, Upgrade - 5

Attack Items
Spike Mine upgrade - 5
Hisomu Terror Dart - 4, Upgrade - 5
Caltrops - 4
Ravenous Insects - 4

 

Otherwise, you need to delete all your save files, and start the game from scratch, earning all the stars, seals, scrolls again.
