Trap Runner Trophy Not Unlocking & Fairy Collectible Not Appearing

I hate to say this but man, avoid this piece of shit glitchfest. A lot of problems with this game but the problems that really hurt at the moment is the fact that a trophy isn't unlocking and a collectible isn't appearing, all within the same level: Wringneck's Vault. I've been following these videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ktOvekNhRA and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TIVtsXJvPfc. Not only did the guide author experience the same problem with the fairy but someone else did as well in the comments section.

 

As for the glitched trophy it's called "Trap Runner". What you have to do is get through the 4 traps without getting hit. Well, I did that. Flawlessly. No trophy. I don't get it, someone back in January of this year unlocked it so I have no idea why it didn't for me. I know for a fact I never got hit by any trap. Prior to each trap I'd check my health (16/16). Once through the trap I'd look to my health to see if I got hit but it read 16/16 so clearly I didn't. Damn. I'm going to have to replay this game again up to this point and possibly even further due to the fairy collectible not appearing.

The trophy "Trap Runner" is NOT glitched. What this absent-minded dude failed to mention in that damn guide of his(that would have saved me hours and a complete goddamn headache) is that you have to complete the level before it unlocks. Once you're at the end of the level and pick up the key the trophy unlocks shortly after. Maybe I should start doing my own guides. At least then they'd be completely detailed and reliable. I ran through this level over and over again up until the point of the last trap, trying different approaches to no avail. Hours wasted for nothing! 

 

As for the fairy collectible, I guess it's something once again that's rewarded automatically??? According to the Glyph above the portal to Wringneck's Vault I've acquired all of the collectibles. Why the hell does this CloakedReaper guide author keep saying "The fairy should be here but never appeared for me"?! Damn it, dude, you've made me waste hour upon hour searching in-game for it and and searching across the Internet for answers!
