Glitch in the game, or missable trophies?

I finished the game and then loaded the save it made prior to the epilouge.

 

However it seems time refuses to progress no matter what I do.  It's stuck perpetually at sunset, and never changes from there.  My characters never get hungry.  

 

This makes the midnight skinny dip and secret boss trophies impossible to get.

Very important information! Thankfully, I've done all these trophies before completing the game but it seems Haven is badly developed when it comes to achievements. There's also a glitched "Strip-A-Bobble" scene that happen when you cook the same dish a couple times and you can miss having it in the playthrough. Some players have massive problems with finding Lorudo boss and sometimes it doesn't spawn after losing a battle to it.
