Movin Out and Grass Artist DLC Trophies

I have no idea how to get the Movin Out and Grass Artist trophies. Can someone clarify these?

For Grass Artist you need to take up the Grass each way possible, Lawnmower, Scissors etc. For moving out I used 4 controllers and each character picked up a piece of furniture.
