Issue with downloading

Ok So I bought the game and it is still showing up as Unpurchased and I can’t download it. Not sure what’s going on here. If anybody knows I need the help.

If funds were subtracted from your wallet and you got an email confirming your purchase, contact Sony. They should be able to give you a refund if you never downloaded the game.

How do you go about doing that? I’ve never had to do this before.

I’d recommend choosing a live chat but they’re currently closed for the night. They also have a Twitter-not sure how often they respond there though.

Ok Thank you. I managed to fix it without having to go through a refund I did some trouble shooting and I read that someone fixed the issue by deactivating and Reactivating their PS4 as their primary, I did it and it worked. Thank you for the input though.
