Issue with downloading

How do you go about doing that? I’ve never had to do this before.

Ok Thank you. I managed to fix it without having to go through a refund I did some trouble shooting and I read that someone fixed the issue by deactivating and Reactivating their PS4 as their primary, I did it and it worked. Thank you for the input though.
