Trophy glitched/glitchy

I am currently playing this game on PS5 and some trophies are either not popping when they should or i have to exit the game and try again for them to pop, Also First Day on the Job Acquired your selected job gear never popped anyone know if i can do this in NG+ or do i need a new save and start again to try for that trophy?, The game is pretty bad on PS5 sometimes it goes into a real bad frame rate drop that doesn't sort it self unless i close the app.

 

EDIT: Most Wanted trophy also hasn't popped for me either, This did pop for me in NG+ though.

 

EDIT: First Day on the Job if this trophy doesn't pop it won't in NG+ either so you do need to create a new game for this trophy if it glitches on you.

it runs smoth in my end, i havent had any framedrops, and all trophies has popped when they should, so far

I had a truly awful time with this game on PS5 i should of just played it on my PS4 lol.
