Air combos

Going to get this game in a few weeks .. just I heard the combat is a mix of devil my cry. So I like to know is there a lift button for air combos? Or how you do air combo?

i wouldn't say its is as in depth as DMC...maybe loose similarities...but yes, depending on your weapon there are button combos that launch the enemies into the air....then the follow up is basically automatic...the combos are all fairly short and simple, usually 3 - 4 button presses...

Easiest one to utilize is the "parry,  then attack"...once you do that you can push L1 i believe and it initiates the air combo...

 

Still it is a very fun game....

Oh, dude, you are in for a nasty surprise if you're thinking the melee combat is as tight as DMC. The combat is the weakest part of the game in my opinion. I think they've added a lock on option, at least.
