Trophy Help

I’m missing the two trophies for fully upgrading both the sling and the equipment in order for me to get the platinum. I finished the game and now I’m left with chapter select, but when I go into the chapters the materials I gather won’t carry over for me to upgrade my tools. Do I have to start a brand new save just for me to upgrade equipment or does anyone have any advice for me that might help.

It's been a long time since I got those trophies but if I remember correctly, I did two playthroughs since it's very tough to upgrade everything in one go. I think I focused on the sling in my first playthrough and the pockets on my second. the game is pretty short, especially if you're on a second go.

What I did was go back to a chapter where I had most of the upgrades and played through and only upgraded what I needed for the trophy so that I didn't have to play the entire game again.

Nevermind y’all I found a glitch online I just got both trophies in 5 minutes
