How do I embed an image in a post?

I keep trying to insert other media but it won't let me upload an attachment. Is there another way to do it?

Upload an image to something like Imgur https://imgur.com/ then click the " . . . " then "get share link" and choose bbcode format and paste that link, and it should work.

If the image is already on, say PSNP, you can just copy image and insert it into the post, like this one taken from my profile: 

 

 

Otherwise, if it is an image you have stored locally, you need to upload it somewhere first. Like @NERVergoproxy, I use imgur myself as well. Once the image is uploaded, you can either use the share link, or simply copy the image paste it into the post. 

 

You can then Ctrl+RMB to "Edit Image" and, for example, change its display size.
