Best ending (blue) doubt

I'm following the trophy guide so I am in the last playthrough (get the best ending in medium difficulty). But my heroic metter is red, so should I create another profile to get blue heroic metter easier since it starts green? Problem is if I do this I won't get the few trophies I need for unlocking some entries in the gallery, because I think you need to complete the game in those 3 difficulties in the same profile.

So is it possible to get from red to blue heroic metter in a single playthrough?

im wondering about this as well. 

edit for future players, the gallery entries arent effected by the type of ending you get. but, i cant seem to get the heroic meter trophies to pop. example i finished on green on easy and go tthe trophy. went through on hard and finished in yellow and the hard trophy popped but the yellow didnt pop.
