Two Scanner Trophies?

I don’t understand either of these two. How do you get a scanner?

It's a randomly spawning item you may find in a game.

3rd level in the air lock always have 1 scanner.

 

First trophy you need to scan personoid and get kill (maybe by that person) in 20 second.

 

Second is you use scanner on any player then kill that player in 20 second. You can be either resident or personoid. After scan just let someone hold him / her and perform coop kill.

Scanner has a chance to spawn in the airlock on the second level, or 100% confirmed in the airlock in the last room!
