Herbal Remedy Issue?

I’m in chapter 14 right now and I’ve used Groots Herbal Remedy about 5 times. I’ve made sure that my health is low and others every time but my tracker is stuck at 60%. When I used the action the first time, I got the trophy banner to pop which it obviously shouldn’t have but clearly it doesn’t reflect that I have the trophy.
 

I’ve done just about everything except delete the game and reinstall.  Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions on how to possibly fix?

It happened to me too, any fix?

 

EDIT: it fixed after popping another trophy.
