I haven't seen anyone bring this up yet, but to save anyone time who hasn't gotten the trophy yet, you can throw back your own grenades that you throw at your allies and it will still count towards the trophy. I just loaded up the first mission and kept spamming grenades near allies and threw them back. You start out with four grenades so this should only take a few restarts. Got the trophy within a minute or so. Hope this helps!

I farmed that at the shortly after the start of El Alamein where there are 5 or so Germans on the ledge above you that throw grenades down on you.
