psnprofiles home not showing games/avatars/users images

Hello, I know that's something with my pc, because on my cellphone everything's fine.
my psn profiles home doesn't show avatars, recent updated profiles and game thumbs.
maybe I need to install something on my pc? can someone help?

I would add a print screen to show y'all but it's not working here

I had the same problem a few months ago and it was because I'm using an old OS that doesn't support certain modern security certificates. I downloaded and installed the one which was missing, then the problem went away .
