It can't be glitched because someone just received it yesterday. Could it possibly be that VR battles don't count? That's my only guess. I loaded the autosave before completing it in Space and made a separate save just in case. Edit: After beating the final boss in Space and collecting all the books I went back to Earth to get all the treasures and fought one random battle and got the trophy.
