Trophy Guide Missing a "Hard" Section?

I haven't played this yet, but a friend of mine said you have to complete some missions on hard mode. I noticed the guide doesn't show a "Difficulty" section to indicate this in the guide. Am I mistaken about there being trophies based on difficulty?

The Guide here is missing the difficulty tag but does state in Step 2 and the Yamato Observer Record trophy, that you have to play on Hard.

Thanks so much for clearing that up. I had read those parts of the guide but I wasn't sure, without the difficulty tag, if it was 100% required. Thanks so much
