Share Play Option in Game Session not showing up

I am trying to set up a Game Session, but when I go for the options, it is not there. I've seen other people use it so it must be there, but it doesn't show up for me for some reason.

Create the session selecting whatever Type you want, then when you hit Create Session, you can click the Edit Session button and change it to Shareplay.
