I replayed the entire fucking thing. Took a few backups from saves on the way there. Carefully tracked progress and made sure I didnt buy any upgrades before unlocking all of them. Managed to get the right missions on the second play through. And got all upgrades done at once. NOTE that the second upgrade on your mission squad number will only show once you have upgraded your squad for the first time. There’s no telling whether youve advanced far enough to have unlocked the final upgrade too so you’ll have to guess at it. Feel free to ask if you have any more questions. Hope this helps.
