Who let the dogs out - bugged?

So i have killed at least two enemies with a wardog, and didnt get the trophy. Either its bugged or there are additional conditions? Only specific enemies? Nobody else can do damage? It has to be a fleeing enemy? (the lore text of the Wardogs say they are great for chasing fleeing enemies) 

 

(just in case - i did check the battle log to be sure the dog killed the enemies and they didnt die to bleeding or something like that)

There are people who got the trophy so its not unobtainable at least!

Hey man! When i read the trophy i read it as your war dog kills a fleeing enemy so that's what I did and I got the trophy no problem. On the other hand, I party wiped on an orc warlord and my dog killed the warlord and I didn't get the kill an orc warlord in melee trophy so I think the dog doesn't count for that one haha. Good luck!
