License Rank reset

[Blackmist_FFXI]

Just wonder'n if anyone knows a work around for this, just re-installed BOP onto a fresh console, and downloaded my save off the cloud,
 for some reason, it reset my owned/unlocked cars back to the basic 5 starter, set my rank from B to D, but kept my island progress. 

re-downloaded the save just incase starting the game w/o installed was the issue. but ehhh  it didn't seem to remedy anything.

Edit: I checked each category, and It appears that i've most the other cars there, Give or take 2 cop cars / bikes - but the starter base game cars, says "New" on all the entry level stuff..

 

 

So apparently I was running a older cloud save. I found a newer save on my older console and that fixed it. Tho logging back into new system, it spent a good 15 min unlocking cars lol.
