Solution: You have to take the Bugaku mask from the door after entering the Day Cabin (Video 41:57). You must have it before using the Hannaya mask otherwise all masks are gone. The first chance to give the Bugaku mask to Ayumi is in Chapter 6 when you meet her in the Day Cabin (Video 48:00).
