Stuck on ch2 track mission

[Blackmist_FFXI]

So I've been running around in the caves and laying tracks to zip around alittle faster.

 

And I got deep enough in to where the game wanted me to build the iron hammer, and smash up afew more walls.  I cleared the path back to town before the quest triggered.

 

Got the quest and finnished one line and got the 1/2 tracks built

 

How ever Ive built the 2nd line afew times and the game isn't saying it completed.  Just keeps saying how to get more tracks and if I'm baffled to ride the cart down the line to find any breaks 

 

 

There isn't any..

 

Only thing I've found was the there's a 'station limit'' of 32 stations 

 

I have maybe 4 or 6

 

Any suggestions.
