Story dlc not showing up in the store

I saw that the season 1 pass was free now so I went into the games page to see what all I was still missing since I had season 1 and 2 purchased already and I see the season 3 pass but not a season 4 pass and several of the individual mission dlc are strait up missing like of the 12 tats out I can only see maybe 5 of them and there not numbered right like 8 has a different title to what's on here as the 8th dlc and same with 9 but I don't see 10-12 at all or afew of the earlier ones anywhere in the ps store
