So fast travel to Rancho Coronado South, then travel Southeast n that road. Look to your right in the fenced in junkyard with for sale signs all over it. You should see the little yellow exclamation point on the ground around enemies. Not marked as ncpd event but counts. I've been wandering around that little scrap heap in the for sale signs area and not seeing anything. I guess I might have gotten it already? Did any of you stumble on other hidden spots prior in San Domingo that wasn't already visible on the map besides this one? Edit: I ended up getting the trophy. Turns out I hadn't gone far enough in the story, as you need to have at least completed the part with Panam where you find Hellman as that will open up Rogue's gigs, and one of them is in San Domingo.
