Ty for your reply Delete all your saves of your hard drive but do note it will take a long time to level your characters back up to where they will be able to tackle the higher difficulties again so personally, I would just wait for patch. It works for most other trophy glitches out there and being so early in the game, you have nothing to lose by trying it (though I would back up your saves first so if it doesn't work, you can regain your previous progress and wait for the patch).
