Breakingthegreen
News is in for a personal favourite indie developer of mine,Tequila Works. Thanks to there back catalogue of: The Sexy Brutale, Rime, Groundhog Day VR, Invisible Hours and Deadlight. (Also the Stadia exclusive, Gylt which I am still waiting for on literally any other platform. A majority stake of TW has been bought by Tencent, which effectively acts as an actual aquirement as far as I can tell. (if TW closes down, game rights will default to Tencent.) The next game coming out is based on League of Legends and looks very cute. Called Song of Nunu on the Playstations, Xboxes, Switch and PC My major question is: How worried should we be about Tencent? For now it seems like game output would remain unchanges, I mean this game was being published by Tencent (Riot Games) on all consoles. But if in future they launch their own console, or cloud streaming service, that'll mean we lose out of games from the developers as:Back 4 Blood, Sackboy a Big Adventure and The Longest Journey.
