Trophies really delayed

I played mission 3 and at one of the locations with a sniper i killed him and then reloaded the checkpoint for the "Through the looking glass" trophy. After killing him for the 10th time i got the ingame notificatian that i fullfilled the requirements but the trophy didn't pop. I decided to finish the mission and at the last objective also killed the general. Again the trophy didn't pop. After i finished the mission the trophy for doing that also didnt pop. All 3 trophies popped about 5 minutes into mission 4 (the looking glass trophy with about 30 minutes delay, end of the line with 10 minutes delay). Is that a common issue with this game and can it happen that trophies won't pop at all?
