Zombies keep spawning out of bounds in the Arena

Pretty self explanatory. Zombies keep spawning out of bounds, rendering Looking for trouble unachievable. This happens in arenas A and D.

 

I haven't tried all the arenas, but Out of honey? Chew bees!, Complete a set, Fancy, Looking for trouble, Morituri te salutant and Death Incarnate are potentially softlocked too.

 

What can I do about it? I've tried using explosives, but no luck.

Buy a ton of grenades and molotovs. I've always been able to hit the random out of bounds zombie with them. Adjust how far you're throwing until you hit it. I had one spawn yesterday exactly where your screenshot shows and nailed it with a single grenade.

I managed to force the zombie to spawn in a different spot by standing in the position shown on the screenshot before the wave started. Unfortunately it keeps happening in some of the next few waves, but at least I got the trophy.
