I've read/watched every guide for this and either the broom doesn't show at all to clean the case or when it does and I clean the case it doesn't open to allow me to get it. -UPDATE- I was finally able to get it. Real finicky for some reason. Try to position yourself behind the case and move/jump around as that's what worked for me eventually.
