trophy bug in a positive way?

I'm currently in Episode 4 and got every warrant so far, so around 6. now after checking the warehouse your at an outside area. i scanned and marked the next warrant outside, number 7 but eventually got spotted accidentally so i restarted checkpoint. however upon loaded back in to try again, the trophy for marking 10 warrants suddenly popped up. can you actually just restart and it counts again for the marked one, even if it's the same guy? That might be the only realistic option. couldn't find anything and don't want to be mocked a hacker for a simple trophy. he 10th guy is even in the same mission. I'm just so confused right now...
