Maybe this will help someone, below is a list of all the levels I got the stars in.  If I say 1 star I just beat it.  If I say 3 I did all of it, if I say 2 stars I will specify either TIME or NO DEATH.

 

Pack 1

 

3 Star all of it = 36 stars 

 

Pack 2

 

2-1, 2-2, 2-3, 2-6, and 2-9 all 3 stars = 15 stars

 

2-4 and 2-12 just 1 star = 2 stars

 

2-5, 2-7, 2-8, 2-10, and 2-11 TIME = 10 stars

 

Pack 3

 

3-3 and 3-11 all 3 stars = 6 stars

 

3-2, 3-4, 3-5, 3-7, and 3-10 all 1 star = 5 stars

 

3-1, 3-6, 3-8, 3-9 and 3-12 TIME 2 stars =10 stars

 

Pack 4

 

4-4 and 4-10 all 3 stars = 6 stars

 

4-1, 4-2, 4-5, and 4-7 all 1 star = 4 stars

 

4-3, 4-6, 4-8, 4-9, 4-11, and 4-12 TIME all 2 stars = 12 stars

 

Pack 5

 

5-1, 5-3, 5-5, and 5-6 all 3 stars = 12 stars

 

5-9 only 1 star = 1 star

 

5-2, 5-4, 5-7, 5-8, 5-10, 5-11, and 5-12 TIME = 14 stars

 

Pack 6

 

I never beat 6-2, never really tried too hard = 0 stars

 

6-5, 6-6, 6-7, 6-8, 6-11, and 6-12 TIME all 2 stars = 12 stars

 

6-1, 6-3, 6-4, 6-9, and 6-10 all 1 star = 5 stars
