Ended up getting Jet’s voicemail. I guess I’ll see what happens if I make new profiles/icons and see if I get the other voicemails too? I wish we had a clearer understanding of what triggers these. I don’t know specifically how to get Carter. I guess I’m going to try one more time and choose as much as I can remember from my PS5 run to get Carter. Edit: I replayed with the lotus icon, and I made all of the same decisions I made in my very first run of Episode 5 on PS5, when I got Carter’s voicemail, and I got Luca AGAIN. Oh my god this is so annoying that this really just feels like RNG. I don’t understand why they made these three trophies so nonsensical. EDIT: Now I’m just getting Luca no matter what icon or choices I make. Wtf. This has to be RNG at this point right? And I’m just very unlucky? During the heist there are multiple choices and you end up either meeting Jey, Carter or Luca. I’ve varied my answers somewhat and even when I get someone else’s voicemail, I’ve always seen Luca at the end of the Debug Gambit after the go north option. I always see Jey at the fashion show, no matter what I’m choosing. Edit: I’m just going to write down every choice I make here while trying to intentionally make choices that I feel favor Carter. That way if I do get him, hopefully we’ll at least have repeatable steps, even if we don’t fully understand the process. the OFK Twitter finally got back to me and said “it’s based on choices you make throughout the game” and directed me to the Steam forums discussion where they don’t seem to have any better idea than us here. I think I’m done trying until someone figures out the surefire way to get this because I can’t keep wasting an hour and a half to get Luca’s message, and I’m surely not down to replay the whole thing and experiment just to see what I might get. EDIT: Alright, I varied some choices but the ones that felt leaned toward Carter I kept the same. I still got Luca. I don’t understand. At this point I’d be happy if it gave me Jey just to shake things up. I followed this to the LETTER and finally got both of the trophies. However, while going for Jey, I wasn't paying attention and missed ONE(!) dialogue option. Didn't think it'd make that big of a difference, but I ended up getting Luca. Long story short, for those of you going for the trophies, follow these directions carefully and you'll get it. Honestly, it was only on my first play on each platform that I got Jey and Carter naturally and then had to figure out how to intentionally do it anyway on the opposite platforms. I think when you make a general mix of choices in the Episode 5 only run, the game just defaults you to Luca. At least it feels that way with how easy it can be to get his when you’re trying for the other two. I’ve submitted a full trophy guide for the game, as well as a guide for the voicemail trophies so they’ll be cleaner and easier to find. They’re awaiting review now!
