You have to go to multiple locations for the Solaris gene blenders, look at the location icon again for whichever ability you're doing and you'll notice it actually shows 2 locations. Free Love shows Solaris & Bay City Brain Extract shows Solaris and Takoshima Mind Flash shows Solaris and Tunguska So Bay City for hippies and I think soldiers was Takoshima.
