Trophies broken or hard?

I read in the Xbox Hub review that "half the achievements" were broken, but it looks like less than that are at 0% here. Are the ones left just hard or truly unobtainable? @Neocarleen, I see you played - do you have an idea?

They're not broken, at least all the trophies I've gotten have popped as they're supposed to without incident. The game is just incredibly difficult.

@Neocarleen Thanks! Incredibly difficult but fun? I read there's a large RNG component... It's $5 CAD now, so certainly considering it.

It's a challenging resource management simulator, in which you have to balance energy levels, human population, and food for those humans. Random events happen every day cycle which are random and can make or break your entire run (the goal is to last until day 25). It can be frustrating because the game is hard enough just managing everything and then you can get a bad event that will ruin everything. But a good run can be done in 30-45 minutes. I will sometimes attempt a run before or after playing different games.

 

If you want to play  something challenging, and you're not too concerned about getting the platinum (I'm usually a completionist, but I'll probably never get that plat, despite my best efforts), then it's worth getting it on sale.
