Bring tear gas and a rally, if you have three cards bring extra munitions as well, at least 1000 but the more the better. You have to be attacking at least a 2 skull base. Spawn a Riot, wait, spawn a Riot and use the Rally flag as far back as possible. Spawn another Riot then groups of units you want. Spam Riot as much as possible. Try to keep your units alive while they are fighting using the tear gas. Edit: I just made a video of myself doing it.
