Bad hit boxes

Been playing this for a while, and managed to get the cursed scythe, a very interesting game with a dangerous draw back (miss with it and you take a lot of bleed damage). I've been trying to make it work against the next boss, but it has really shown just how wonky the hit boxes actually are. Several times have an attack missed when the whole attack has been going right through the boss, when the last attack I did went through the exact way but actually hit. So my tip for most people playing is to probably avoid using this weapon against bosses, it's powerful but because of how bad the hit boxes are in the game, you're often gonna miss attacks you feel you should have gotten, and as such just get angry since the weapon will punish you for missing. At least with a regular weapon you don't get killed for missing once

It's because bosses are invulnerable at specific times. If you swing during that time you will miss.
