Can’t connect to the online servers

Hi guys, I can’t connect to the online servers on Rainbow six Extraction on PS4.

I always get an error while trying to connect and it is either JULIETT-00000054 or HOTEL-000000100.

I changed my NAT type to type 1, I restarted my PS4 and my router Wi-Fi, I even deleted my game and redownloaded it.

Honestly I don’t know what else I can do, has anyone else got the same problem?

Not sure but your IP address may be causing some issue.

 

Try using a mobile hotspot and tell me if it makes any difference for you.

Servers are fine now and they were fine when I tried before.

I will try to use a mobile hotspot as soon as I get home

I don’t know why but now it’s working
