Yes, but some of them only grow in sections of the Abbey that you will only get access to later in the game.

I confirm the same happened to me. When the trophy popped I had like 20/30 reagents of each type but only 6 Wundagore Everblooms. In the past in-game weeks I collected 4 wundagore trees and used all of them to convert one essence to another until I had none. I suggest acquiring all 4 words of power and then wait for a waxing moon night to explore all the abbey areas to optimize your time in order to find all reagents + wundagore. However consider that only 3/4 wundagore trees spawn each waxing moon night
