Trophy for marine not popping

I think i messed up something by tapping the route machine... now i finished the game twice with the marine a d the trophy is not popping, any ideas anyone?

I know you asked almost a year ago, but just in case anyone has the same concern: for it to count for the finishing a run as a character trophy, you have to finish the run while doing the route that matches the character (so you were right with how you messed it up).

 

So, basically, don't play with the computer machine to the right of the Gun Bishops until you've got all of the character run trophies.
