Seems i can't play DLC

Hi everyone.

 

I'm playing the PS+ version i so i decided to buy the DLCs.

 

I reached the point on the 3rd world so that the purple point for the 1st spot of the DLC is available.

 

However, when i click on it, it just show a sort of 2 Advertisement pages. Same on the main menu.

 

I bought the expansion pack via PS app. When i click download from the app it shows "error". So it seems it's like they are not installed and that would be why i don't see them ingame.

 

Any one saw this ?

I am writing a 2nd message instead of an update so people see an answer.

 

Trying to find a solution i rechecked everything :

- No button for download available via PS Store on PS4.

- Error via PS Messages.

- Marked as installed when i do Select on the game on the XMB.

- Purple spot for the 1st tuto of VOID DLC but just an ad when i click.

 

I can't certified it is what fix the issue but i ended up moving the datas from the external HD to the internal one and when i launched the game everything was fine. No more thing in main menu, 2nd DLC poped on the 1st world and VOID one was really available.

I have a similar issue on PS5. I play the PS4 version and it seems that the PS5 downloads the PS5 version of the DLC instead of the correct PS4 one. I'm only using the original hardware no external drives.

Via PS messages I got error ce-112911-5.

 

Seems I can only play the DLC on PS4 unless sony fixes this or if someone has a clever workaround.
