Vorfied Posted March 9, 2023 Share Posted March 9, 2023 (edited) You need to see all 4 endings on one save. 2 of those endings are variations of each other (for the Dweller in the Dark ending) and can be seen on one playthrough, but it is possible to lock yourself out of one variation yes. I recommend reading up on the endings but if you really want to avoid spoilers on your first playthrough just remember to not restore Io's blood code "Eos" as that's what locks you out of the first variation. That way if you happen to get the Dweller in the Dark ending naturally you'll be able to go back and get that second variation too. Hope that makes sense.
